Hey guys! In a few short weeks, I will be taking the trip of a lifetime! I am so excited for an opportunity to not only treat people in the community but to collaborate with some amazing practitioners.

Super grateful to be alive, for doors that are opening, the connections being made, and lives being changed.

Been up since 2am bubbling with excitement because I’m loving where AFL is going.

Today’s miracle was my vitamins! I literally have stayed energized despite my lack of sleep!
