Today I shared the first of the treats for the yoga season with two amazing dogs that belong to two amazing people! By happenstance, they walked by class today with these two darlings, Remy and Lola. Aren't they just perfect? Thank you to Kristen and Cory for letting me share the love today!

We had a special guest in class this morning! Everyone meet Ruby Roo! What a joy this puppy was! It was like she did this in a previous puppy life! A big thank you to Shannon for bringing her!
