With 14 years of experience as a trainer and strength coach, Joe has been able to provide incredible results to the executives, athletes, and celebrities he’s trained. The majority of Joe’s career was as a high-level trainer and manager at Equinox, where he not only specialized in ensuring his clients reached their strength goals, but also taught education for the company’s NYC personal trainers and program managers. Outside of getting his clients their desired results, Joe competes in powerlifting and is an avid ice hockey player.
