Targets the lats, helping build back width and pulling strength.

2️⃣ Rope Pulldown
Activates the mid-back, including the rhomboids and traps, while engaging the lats for controlled movement.

3️⃣ Wide Cable Row
Targets the upper and mid-back, helping build strength and thickness through the back.

4️⃣ Close-Grip Lat Pulldown
Focuses on the lats and mid-back, improving pulling strength and control.

5️⃣ Assisted Pull-Up
Targets the lats and upper back, engaging the traps and rear delts to complete the movement.
