Lauren participated in our Magic Valley Rescue Run after having a huge loss of function in her body.

It seemed nearly impossible to run a 5k when she started PT but with a tailored care plan, she was able to get out of pain and into joy. Nothing makes us happier!

Let’s give a big shoutout to Roy, one of our amazing physical therapists who brings both skill and heart to everything he does.
Roy’s journey started in Weiser, Idaho and took him through the University of Idaho and Idaho State University, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024. What really drives Roy is connection. He loves getting to know his patients and making their goals the center of each treatment plan.
Outside the clinic, Roy is all about movement. He enjoys long distance running, lifting weights, and spending time with his new mini weiner dog, Indie. You can usually find him with music playing in the background, surrounded by family and friends. Roy is also bilingual and excited to serve the Treasure Valley community in both English and Spanish.
We are so glad to have Roy on the team. His passion for helping others move better and feel better shines through every day. 👏

SPIDER DEVILED EGGS RECIPE

We wanted to share a ghoulishly good recipe with you this Halloween. This is a fun twist on a classic!

INGREDIENTS
• 12 large boiled eggs
• 6 to 8 Tb mayo
• 1 to 2 Tb sweet pickle relish
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Paprika
• Black Olives whole and sliced

DIRECTIONS
1. Peel and halve the eggs, scooping out the yolks into a medium-sized bowl
2. Mix the mayo, relish, mustard, salt and pepper into the bowl with the yolks and mix thoroughly
3. Put the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it into the egg whites
4. Sprinkle Paprika over the eggs
5. Garnish with a whole black olive, and add 6 slices to each olive to imitate legs
6. Refrigerate and enjoy!
