For years, running was just about competition for me, training, racing, done. 🏁
But recently I realized something: I kept saying “I’m not a runner” even though I’ve done a 5K, a 10K, and now a 15K.

That’s when it clicked, I am a runner. 🏃🏾‍♀️
I just hadn’t fully embraced it as part of who I am.

And that’s what so many of us do with our health. We diet. We exercise. We reach a goal… then stop, because we haven’t yet become that healthy person in our minds.

When you shift your identity from “I’m trying” to “this is who I am,” everything changes.
