This month, our clinic marks a significant milestone as we approach our 2-year anniversary. To accommodate our growth, we will be relocating and expanding our facilities to the downstairs area of the church. Construction is currently underway, with an anticipated completion date of mid-summer. We are also pleased to announce that we will now be offering on-site lab draws via Quest, providing added convenience for our patients.

Please continue to pray for God’s direction and anointing on this ministry.

If you are seeking ways to support our free clinic, we have several opportunities available as follows:

1. We have four distinct outpatient expenses, including labs ($121), X-ray ($58), echocardiagram ($202) and an EKG ($78).
Please contact us by PM if you are interested in contributing toward an expense. Any contribution is helpful and appreciated!

2. If you possess expertise in medical billing, we are seeking assistance with our processes. No long-term commitment is necessary.

3. If you wish to contribute toward flu ($125/25 tests) or A1C ($185/25 tests) testing supplies, please contact us privately.

We will periodically post opportunities to contribute and we’re deeply grateful for all the support and encouragement the community continues to offer!

As mentioned a week or so back, we had a terrific turnout both days we scheduled for back to school sports physicals! A big thank you to everyone involved! A special thank you to our rockstar volunteer, Leona Courter, who not only organized the event but created and distributed the informational flyer reaching many that would have missed the opportunity. We appreciate her selfless service and generous heart which resulted in a successful community event! We also want to thank Bethel Church and Pastor Ed for continued prayer, support and encouragement!

-As a reminder, the clinic will be closed this week for administrative purposes, vacation and training. If you’re an established patient, feel free to contact our clinic via text/vm for questions or concerns. Medication refills should be sent by pharmacy request.

-We return on Saturday, August 31st, and offer extended hours that day. Open appointments begin at 10am through 6pm or later if necessary. Go online, call or text to schedule.

-On Monday, September 2nd, the clinic phone will have an assigned volunteer answering calls during regular business hours (9am-5pm). This was decided in an attempt to allow easier access for acute appointment needs, as well as patient questions and/or requests.

-We are always looking for ways to improve this ministry and support the community as best we can. With that said, we appreciate any feedback! Feel free to DM or text us at 816-680-2252!

We had a terrific turn out yesterday for the sports physical walk in hours! We will open up appointments for this Saturday (08/03) to avoid long wait times. You can book online and when entering your child’s information, just put the birthday with the year 2005 so it allows you to reserve the time. Otherwise it will error and state you have to be 18.

We have great news to share! We received final approval as a Medicare and Missouri Medicaid provider! We are still committed to remaining a FREE clinic, but those with insurance can now allow us to bill for services without collecting any patient portion charge. This will greatly improve expanding services, maintaining supplies and offering extended clinic hours.

Insurance plans approved to date include: Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medicaid and Medicare.
