All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, serves a wide range of patients in Glen Cove and Garden City, New York. Dedicated to implementing the latest dermatologic technologies, the practice was founded in 1995 by Dr. Joseph Onorato. A leader in non-invasive, anti-aging and beauty enhancement cosmetic services, All Island is a full-service general and surgical dermatology practice.

The team is made up of 12 committed providers, all of whom are board-certified medical professionals experienced in a variety of skin-health services. The practice, which is family owned and operated, was built on positive patient relationships and patient satisfaction. It has grown substantially since its inception, when it has just one office in Garden City. All Island now offers on-site Mohs surgery, an advanced treatment for skin cancer patients, and there has been an on-site dermatopathology laboratory since 2008 so the team is able to analyze biopsies much more quickly. The practice recently added an experienced plastic surgeon to the team to provide even more high-quality treatments and services to patients in the area. In addition, the office is now equipped with a surgical suite that has been certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. As new technologies are continually introduced, the team at All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, is ready to continue learning and adapting, ensuring patients receive the best, most up-to-date care in the New York area.
