Revision Breast Surgery: A woman in her 50s who had undergone prior bilateral augmentation followed by a revision. These surgeries were performed elsewhere. She reported with significant implant malposition with the left being inferiorly displaced and the right being superiorly positioned. In addition, she had a double bubble deformity on the left with bilateral waterfall deformities. To address these issues, she underwent removal of both implants, bilateral capsulorrhaphy, left capsulectomy, placement of bilateral silicone implants and bilateral mastopexies. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.

Tummy Tuck: Woman in her 50s lost over 80 pounds desired aesthetic improvement flanks. She underwent full white abdominoplasty; this procedure involved, abdominoplasty along with liposuction of the upper abdomen and hips. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after her procedure.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy): A woman in her 20s desired fuller, more uplifted and symmetric breasts. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with placement of round silicone implants (385 cc on the right and 355 cc on the left). To provide additional support, absorbable mesh was placed on both sides. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 8 months after her procedure.

Breast Augmentation: A woman in 40s who desired fuller more symmetric breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 285 cc smooth round silicone implants. To provide additional support, mesh reinforcement was utilized to create an internal bra. The postoperative photos were taken two months after her procedure.

Breast Reduction: A woman in her 30s required breast reduction to alleviate neck, back and shoulder pain. In addition, she desired improvement in her abdominal contour after pregnancy. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest wall. The postoperative photos were taken approximately three months after her surgery.

This patient underwent a mommy makeover, which included auto augmentation with fat grafting (no implants), a breast lift, and a full lipo-abdominoplasty. BREAST REVISION: A woman in her 40s who had previously undergone bilateral augmentation mastopexy. She presented with a capsular contracture on the left. In addition, she had enlarged asymmetric ni**le areolar complexes. She desired a revision with smaller size implants and a revision mastopexy. She underwent removal of both implants, left capsulectomy, placement of 260 cc smooth round silicone implants and bilateral mastopexy. The post operative photos were taken approximately 9 months after her procedure.
