It’s always rewarding when patients return for a follow-up even two years after surgery. Often, once post-operative visits are complete and patients are thrilled with their results, we don’t see them again. That’s why these longer-term visits are especially meaningful. By this point, everything has settled, scars have matured, and the results reflect their true, lasting form.

This mother of 3 in her 50s, desired improvement in her abdominal and flank contour after losing approximately 20 pounds using GLP-1 medication. She underwent full lip abdominoplasty. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately six months after her surgery.

Breast Augmentation: This patient, a woman in her 40s, wanted smaller, lower profile implants to complement her athletic physique. She is an avid weightlifter and preferred to have the implants placed in the subfascial plane to minimize the risk of animation. She underwent placement of smooth round 240 cc Motiva implants in the sub fascial plane to achieve the “ballerina breast” aesthetic. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.

Breast Lift: This patient, a woman in her 60s, desired more uplifted breasts after weight loss. She underwent bilateral mastopexy with an internal bra utilizing mesh support. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her procedure.

Tummy tuck with hernia repair: This patient, a woman, her 30s, desired improvement in her abdominal contour after two pregnancies. She also presented with a substantial umbilical hernia. She underwent abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. The extent of the hernia required removal of her belly button. This was reconstructed at a later date. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately one and a half years after her original procedure.
