Breast Reduction: This patient, a woman in her 20s presented with chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with a superomedial pedicle technique. The surgery is performed to alleviate her symptoms ad improve the size and shape of the breasts. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.

Breast Augmentation: This patient, a woman in her 40s, is an avid weightlifter who desired fuller breasts. She opted for placement of 245 cc round mini motiva implants placed in the subfascial plane. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after her procedure.

This patient, a woman in her 60s, lost over 100 pounds through a combination of bariatric surgery and GLP-1 medication. She was troubled by loss of breast volume with significant excess skin resulting in loss of breast shape. She underwent a staged breast lift followed by breast augmentation with 365 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the dual plane position. Given her loss of skin support, and internal bra utilizing mesh was employed.

The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her procedure.

For my team and I, breast cancer awareness is year round. However, in honor of the month, we decided to sport our pink in the office this week! 💕

This patient, a woman in her 40s, desired aesthetic improvement in her breasts and abdomen after pregnancy and weight loss.

She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy utilizing 305 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in a dual plane position. She also had an internal bra procedure with placement of absorbable mesh to provide additional support and long-term stability. At the same time, she had an abdominoplasty to remove excess abdominal skin and tighten her abdominal muscles.

The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after her procedures.
