This post is from a few years ago, but I just stumbled upon it today (you know how we do that when its really important!) and thought it is good to share again. Mostly because of my own trip to Crete in 2017 for The Trinity Initiation that reactivated myself as one of these women. Maybe you too?

Getting ready to deliver another Source Self Custom Elixir to Labyrinth Walking this afternoon for someone who ordered this during their Full Moon Market this past Saturday. I am so excited for this person to receive her elixir and her report! Let me explain how these are created. I go into meditation and connect with YOUR spirit guides and angels. They are the ones who guide my hands to choose what essences of flowers, plants, trees and gemstones will go into your custom blend. I have tubs of individual essences and when I am reaching into them, I cannot see what I am pulling out. Your guides tell me I will be getting a specific number of bottles out of each of 4 tubs. When that is complete, only then do I see what will be put into your elixir. Once those are chosen, I create the elixir and let the bottle sit on a slab of selenite to charge it. Then I go to the internet and again, allow your guides to work through me with descriptions of each essence and why it was chosen. Just like crystals, all the essences carry different purposes for different people. I typically do not already know the person I am creating the elixir for. What your guides want you to know is between you and your guides, although I am listening to them and typing what they want you to know. It is a lengthy process, and I LOVE doing these! This is a good representation of the energetics of how flower essences work too! Everything is energy and has a signature vibration. Water is a master conductor of that energy. That is how the energy and signature of every flower, gemstone, and plant that I use to create elixirs are captured and bottled for us to benefit from in the many ways the elixirs may be used. Truly a gift from Gaia.

Water stores information. If we look at integration on a personal level, what we should now value is what our “true intention” is. The true intention is not something that captures the manifest consciousness, but the true intention that is in the unconscious or subconscious mind. One of the key points of integration is to harmonize the manifest and true intention.

I learned in my reflexology training how to use a pendulum on myself and clients to see where we are on this scale every day. It CAN and does change daily especially living earthside!

Morning all - not around much this week but will pop on when I can, got family and friends down and my office is still upside down post decorating..
But I will share a dream I had last night - it was so random, vivid but beautiful.
I was standing on a stage and I could see Michael Jackson in spirit…he was just watching, observing, at peace and a large crowd was assembled.
I was telling the crowd ( most of whom got it) that he was a ‘700’ …I knew it related to this frequency scale. He may be higher but I heard 700.

I remember saying .. “and the ones that understand this and see that, despite all appearances otherwise are near to that number too …and THAT is why his suffering is our suffering” …I was in tears of gratitude and respect and kinship.
A few years ago when I was channelling Michael a lot, I had to often temporarily walk away from his energy - the vulnerability of heart opening and combined injustice hurt me too much..
Back to my dream, I remember thinking how laughed at people are when you dare to use the word enlightened- but that enlightenment is achievable and many masters are here, and we ARE part of them, and they us.
Then I woke up ..
Will definitely to another MJ channelling around anniversary of his death on 25th as he is everywhere… if I had a pound for every random black glove I see I would be a millionaire.

I have been pondering the ugliness of the world recently, as I’m sure many of you have … and am reminded I came here to teach and hold a space for beauty… seeing and sharing what that is… I suspect Michaels message will be tied into this. Very Virgo, very under represented in a world that looks for gossip, and negativity - and has forgotten what grace looks like.
More to come - my new white walled room is profoundly giving me an opportunity to strip back to the bones who I am, what I’m here to do - and whatever the flak I will always standup for what is good, true and beautiful..
