Accelacare Physical Therapy is a privately-owned physical therapy practice founded in 2007 in Garden City, KS. We specialize in musculoskeletal disorders and offer a hands-on approach for treatment to correct biomechanical faults in joint mobility, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our clinicians have advanced training in orthopaedic manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of acute and chronic problems. This advanced training allows for the cause of our patients' dysfunctions to be more easily identified and to be corrected with education, exercise and manual therapy techniques. We pride ourselves on being movement experts that identify and correct the original cause of our patients' problems so that surgery, injections and long-term medication use can be avoided if possible. Accelacare Physical Therapy received the 2010 Kansas Small Business Development Center Emerging Business of the Year Award for Southwest Kansas. DID YOU KNOW: • A doctor’s referral is no longer required to be treated by a physical therapist.* • Have you heard that we offer an in-house payment plan? • We have Spanish interpreters for our patients. If simple remedies such as rest, medication or spinal adjustments have not alleviated your aches and pain, maybe there’s something more complicated going on. The cause of many aches and pains are often due to muscle imbalances that develop from poor posture or repetitive movements that are present in our everyday routines. Pain that is due to muscle imbalances usually requires specific retraining and often doesn’t respond as well to simple remedies that don’t address the cause of the problem. Let the movement experts at Accelacare Physical Therapy determine the cause of your problem and help you find a long-term solution to your pain. *Except for Medicare and Medicaid
