Opened in July 2024 by Lila McTeague and Brian Louderbough, it was created as a sanctuary for healing, movement, and inspired gatherings. We offer immersive experiences including sound healing, yoga, workshops, and community events, while also providing a beautiful space for private rentals—perfect for wellness gatherings, ceremonies, and creative collaborations. Qi Flow Fitness is a breath-led movement practice that trains your body to circulate energy instead of holding tension. We use intentional breathing patterns to open the spine, massage the organs, regulate the nervous system, and build vitality from the inside out.

Most people think they “can’t meditate.”
Their mind is too busy. Their body won’t settle. Their nervous system feels wired.

Journey Within was created for that.

Brian and Kelly start with gentle movement and simple breathwork to help the body feel safe. Then we use sound to quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system so meditation becomes natural instead of frustrating. You don’t have to force anything. You don’t have to be good at it. You just lay down and let your system soften.

Meditation matters. And feeling safe enough to actually drop in matters too.
