Opened in July 2024 by Lila McTeague and Brian Louderbough, it was created as a sanctuary for healing, movement, and inspired gatherings. As the season shifts from the outward energy of exploration into the quiet descent of winter, we invite you into a movement journey that spirals gently inward.

Together, we’ll explore the transition from expansion to inner resourcing — gathering our energy, tending our own warmth, and cultivating the support we need for the holiday season and the colder months ahead.

Come with an open heart, soft curiosity, and a willingness to listen deeply to your body as it guides you home to yourself.
