Creating art 🖼️ isn’t just fun - it is powerful for the brain and healing for the heart 💜 “Art is not a hobby. It’s a way of being.” - Seth Godin.
As we prepare for the change in weather 🍁 and the beauty of a new season, our residents are getting into the Autumn 🍂 spirit with some festive fall art. From warm colors, to creative touches, their artwork is as vibrant as the leaves that will soon be falling!

Our daily exercise class is the highlight of the day!! With upbeat music, light weights, and lots of laughter, it feels less like a workout 🏋️‍♀️ and more like playtime with friends 💖

Once a month, we’re lucky to welcome Sharon into our community - a talented volunteer with a heart of gold. She brings her creativity, kindness, and a whole lot of love to our craft class, helping residents design beautiful handmade cards from scratch.
