My patient is looking amazing 2 months after breast augmentation and ni**le reduction (which unfortunately cannot be shown due to Instagram guidelines)!🤩 This is your reminder that breast augmentation is a process, not instant perfection. As the weeks go by, everything softens, settles, and starts to look more natural🙌 The “drop and fluff” process happens over the first couple months as you heal as swelling fades, implants settle, and everything starts to look softer and just right!

This augmentation was achieved using 240cc silicone implants👙

Here’s the rest of my beautiful patient’s before and afters!💪✨A brachioplasty (arm lift) is a procedure designed to reshape and tighten the upper arms for a smoother, more contoured appearance. My patient presented to me with concerns of significant loose hanging arm skin after weight loss and now she is looking amazing 3 months after surgery!

In this patient’s case, I performed an extended brachioplasty to be able to address all loose skin. Scars will continue to fade over time but she is looking fabulous already🤩
