Hello everyone!

It's been seven years since I began this practice! Can you believe it?! Many of you have been here since the beginnig and I'm honored to be part of your wellness journey for all these years, old and new! I've resisted raising rates with the intention of providing access to massage that can fit most budgets. With the rising costs of living I made the hard decision to update my pricing in 2024. Luckily the new pricing for Swedish Massage is still pretty reasonable when compared to rates around town! Deep Tissue will remain the same!

I'm truly grateful for you and can't wait until our next session!

I'm elated to announce yet another (new) way to facilitate my clients' well being in 2016 -- Young Living essential oils.

I realized the true power of essential oils when a fellow massage therapist, client and friend shared a batch with me. Stress Away calmed me to the core. I was in utter disbelief as I noticed my mood changing from agitation to repose, as this oil blend was being diffused into v***r. There are so many other uses of essential oil. I'm so excited to formally embark on this journey.

Happy Labor Day! Today I am busy putting together an informative pamphlet for my practice. It's fun being creative in this way, since I have an art & and design background. Actually, my approach to massage is very similar. I approach every session creatively, with a certain artistic touch. No two massages are the same.

I am happy to labor the day away because my massage practice isn't a job, it's a privilege.

Frank is sprouting new life after being bullied by felines. He is the small palm plant in my office, by the way. There's always room for growth and to improve quality of life. Massage happens to be the way I personally improve my well-being. It's worked for me and many others.
