This is @microsoft 's Surface Pro 4 purchased at the end of 2015... Meaning barely 2 years old
-
What you see here is a COMMON (not rare as reported by Microsoft) issue with the product that they LIED about to customers like myself over and over again
-
First that told us it was a software issue and they were issuing a patch...None of them worked...
-
Then it was a firmware patch (more serious).... NOPE not that either
-
Then...hardware?
-
NOW that the movement is gaining traction, including "flickergate" Microsoft admits all of their solutions were useless...
-
So much to the point that they will replace your MALFUNCTIONING and poorly put together device for FREE
-
I contacted them about this and told them about my frustration including the fact that I was going on for tumor resection and would like them to make good on their part for a bogus product they knew about and string us along on...
-
DESPITE having proof and evidence of ALL they did wrong, Microsoft wants me to PAY OUT OF POCKET...FOR THE SAME product, with NO additional guarantees
-
They want me to shell out $500 for the EXACT same...no...REFURBISHED product
-
NOT NEW...For the EXACT same experience
-
I don't think that's fair
-
I'd LOVE for all my friends to help me share this post to let them know that it's NOT OK

Been so psyched on the opportunity to experience so many different walks of life, cultures, and traditions while in Dubai. This one the locals refer to as “Hyama” is the practice of using the cups to bring the bad blood to the surface and instead of letting it pool under the skin, they make a cluster of tiny cuts to let the blood exit the body. The cups are placed at strategic points along the bodies neurological centers to promote different types of healing and wellness. It is recommended that this process be done on the three specific days a month, on the Islamic calendar, that coincide with the bodies natural cycle of pulling this bad blood to the surface. I geek out on this kind of stuff. Slide to the end if you want to see how clumpy the blood was that was drawn out. 🤓💉 #tigersblood

#TestYourself 💪👣If you have foot, ankle, knee, or hip pain, this week will be your baby! 🤰Pay attention kids! This march test is a pretty common test and is a great way for you to understand which side of your hip and arch is inactive (weak).😳 This week we will be going over foot education as well as mobility and strengthening movements for the arch of your feet and hips.
.
If you find that one or both of your feet turns out↪️, that means you have an inactive booty🍑 on that side! The glute actually stabilizes and rotates the knee outward. When this happens, the ankle rotates and the arch lifts ⬆️slightly, allowing your foot to straighten out. When the glute is weak, the knee collapses inward ➡️⬅️and when the arch loses stability from the hip, it also collapses inward and the foot turns outward to compensate. Strengthening the arch and the hip will turn the knee out and lift the arch, allowing the foot to straighten out.💣
.
The body functions best when it is aligned. ⚖️Having 90the hips, knee, ankle, and foot in alignment will reduce whatever aches and pains you have in those areas. Keep in mind 🧠that the entire body is connected🔀. To truly improve upon your issue, you have to understand how the position of each part of the body can effect another part of the body. The 🔥 Curl Up🔥 is the perfect replacement for the now obsolete crunch
Once upon a time, bodybuilders and hobbyists alike performed rep after rep of countless 😰 crunches and sit-ups. Well, 😠NO MORE😠
Crunches and sit ups have been shown to be one of the 👎WORST👎 exercises for abdominal strength and have actually been shown to 🤕CAUSE INJURY🤕 by creating flattening and flexing of the lumbar spine and at the cervical spine!
Enter the McGill Curl Up👇
1️⃣ Last on your back, over knee bent and the opposite hand tucked behind your lower back as shown
2️⃣ Brace your core, creating tension in the abdominals
3️⃣ Lift your head and shoulders off the floor about 1"
THAT'S IT👏
Professor McGill says, "To get it right , imagine that the floor beneath your head and shoulders is a ⚖️bathroom scale ⚖️ Your goal...make it weigh zero."
💡 Build up only MILD tension, without jerking the lower back or neck. The challenge comes from a 10 second isometric hold within the short range of motion
Think it's easy? Start with a set of 10, rest. Then 2nd set of 6 reps , and a final set of 2 reps
Comment below and let me know how it went🗣️⤵️

Back Pain Part ✌️
Now that we know how to correct and modify our posture to AVOID pain in a static position (previous post), let's explore some tips for MOVING ⚠️ safely
The 🚨hip hinge🚨 as shown in the first photo is a critical and HUGELY overlooked & underestimated movement that everyone should master
The majority of people that come into my office have a difficult time maintaining a straight back as it is, just sitting 💺 or standing 🚶♀️ in one place. It should be no surprise that this is also a problem as they move throughout their day at work, at home, and running errands when bending, squatting and lifting🏋️♀️
The point of the hip hinge is to learn how to PRESERVE your back while utilizing the HIPS to generate the movement. The spine should stay STABLE & NOT MOVE. Use your 💪core💪 to brace yourself
💡Note💡on bracing: Brace 'just enough' to create stability. Too little and it's ineffective, too much and you'll compress things and it'll hurt!
In the second and third photos we see one example of how to initiate a proper hip hinge
Bend at the hips and rest your hands on your thighs. Keep your head and chest up, maintaining a supported spine and push your hips back. Feel free to cue yourself by ↖️lifting your tail↗️
Allow your hands to slide up and down your thighs as you hinge, leading the movement from the shoulders to keep the spine stable💯
Remember to start small, move with INTENT and work on this movement pattern before you grab any 🚫weights🚫
Check back this afternoon for more hip-hinge tips using PVC!

Cervical Spine Soft Tissue Mobilization: Part 2

Cervical Spine Soft Tissue Mobilization: Part 1
Stiff neck? Headaches? Try these simple moves out for quick relief.
Ok! Quadriceps and Hamstrings👌
QUADS:
First we start out with what most people do with a foam roller. Does this look familiar? Rolling back and forth, back and forth, back and forth🤦
What you need to do is this too take it one step further:
1⃣Q Roll on to your belly and continue to roll. This phase should be used to 📟SCAN📟 the muscles to see where you need to do the work. It's also used to desensitize the tissue for what's about to follow
2⃣Q When you find those knots and tender spots, extend the knee to SHORTEN the quad and pin the muscle just ✴️BELOW✴️ the treatment area you want to isolate. From here, lay into the roller firmly💪 Sometimes just this is enough with diaphragmatic breathing to get things to calm down
3⃣Q Next, flex the knee to LENGTHEN the quad, maintaining downward pressure so you don't lose tension. Explore. Be patient 🕒 Learn what your body needs. It may not be the same as what your friend needs
4⃣Q For bonus work, set deep on 😨tender😨 areas and not only flex/extend but internally/externally rotate the hip as well
5⃣Q Push your chest up and extend your neck into a Cobra-Like 🐍 pose for extra umph. This works because the quads cross TWO joints, one at the hip, and one at the knee
6⃣Q DON'T 😰HOLD YOUR BREATH😰
▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️
HAMSTRINGS:
1⃣H See above🔝
2⃣H Sit on the edge of a flat surface so your legs hangs with the knee flexed
3⃣H Flex the HIP, elevating the knee towards the chest just enough to place the lacrosse 🔴 ball just off center of your treatment area. When the knee is flexed, the hamstrings are short
4⃣H Lengthen the hamstrings by extending 🏃 the knee
5⃣H For bonus work, set deep on tender areas and not only flex/extend the knee but internally/externally rotate the hip as well
.
🚨TAKE YOUR TIME. BREATHE DEEPLY. WAIT FOR KNOTS TO RELEASE🚨
Thanks Coach Nyck for the extra is chemical com
