Hello Beautiful, Soul,

Do you ever get caught in the trap of thinking that after your life changes, you’ll finally feel good?

When I make the team… when I get a better job… when my husband helps out more… when my daughter gets her life together ... when I'm finally healthy ... when I pay that off ...
One of the best things you can do is go ahead and feel good anyway, and make peace with where you are right now.

When you do, you’re not only happier, you also have more energy to change things.

It’s exhausting to constantly fight against what we don’t like, what we want to change, what we can’t change, or to unproductively worry about the future.

One simple way to shift this is to focus more often on what does feel good.

For instance, when something breaks or an unexpected bill pops up, I can get caught in fears about our financial future.

So I try each day to consciously practice shifting into more prosperous thoughts.

On my walks with my dog, I might take a moment to bask in the good feeling that I’m hiking on beautiful land worth millions of dollars.

It makes me feel so prosperous. I get to enjoy the present moment, and it gives me energy that otherwise might have been drained by worry and stress, energy I can use to enjoy life-get creative, feel inspired, and stay open to new opportunities.

I invite you to experiment with this too. Look for the parts of your life that already feel good. Notice what makes you feel blessed. Consciously shift your attention toward the positive aspects of your life.

Hello Beautiful Soul,

Do you tie your sense of safety, security, or self-worth to how much money or assets you have?

Many of us were taught that whoever has the most is the safest, most secure, and most worthy. I’ve caught myself buying into that.

But that line of thinking is a recipe for misery, because it leads to comparison, and there is always someone who has more.

I’ve had clients, in the top 10 percent of the riches people in the world, feel poor. And I’ve had clients living very modest lives feel deeply blessed and abundant.

Ask yourself: has stressing, judging, comparing, or worrying about money brought more prosperity and clarity into your life? Or has it led to feelings of shame, guilt, or ā€œnot enoughā€?

When we do an inventory of what we don’t have, ruminating on paths not taken, fixating on past mistakes or financial failures, or worrying about unanswered questions about the future, we drain our joy and steal our peace in the now. So any abundance present isn’t experienced if we aren’t feeling it.

Life changes. Jobs shift. Income fluctuates. Circumstances vary. Debt comes and goes. Money comes and goes ...

Your worth does not.

And the beautiful truth, a state of calm and appreciation is where clarity lives, inspired actions arise, your wisdom is revealed, you connect with the Divine, and more abundance flows.

Are you treating yourself as if you don’t count?

Not pausing to get calm and centered when you feel overwhelmed, and then noticing your mood escalates.

Staying up too late, mindlessly watching videos, then making mistakes the next day from exhaustion.

Not taking the time to eat a nutritious meal, but gulping down fast food.

Rushing out without your grips and slipping on the ice.

Ignoring stress signals until they become bigger problems.

These choices aren’t random.

Research in psychology shows that behavior follows self-concept, the beliefs you hold about your own worth and identity.

When the underlying message is, ā€œI’m not that important,ā€ your actions reflect it.

Lack thoughts lead to lack actions.

Repeated actions create repeated results- stress, habits you don’t want, and preventable mistakes.

This isn’t weakness.

It’s identity.

And identity can change.

Meditation and hypnosis are powerful because they work at the level where identity lives, the subconscious mind.

Research in neuroscience shows that hypnosis increases focus, reduces defensive mental activity, and enhances receptivity to new learning.

Brain imaging studies demonstrate changes in regions involved in self-reflection and cognitive control during hypnosis.

This state supports neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to form new neural pathways through repeated experience.

In simple terms, when you practice calming your nervous system and experiencing yourself as worthy and capable, you are training your brain to support that identity.

Over time, the brain strengthens what you rehearse.

And when identity shifts, behavior follows.

You pause sooner.

You choose more wisely.

You learn instead of repeat.

Hello Beautiful, Soul,

Are you taking life, and yourself, too seriously? I know, I do sometimes.

The little frustrations, ā€œwhy me?ā€ moments, endless to-do lists, others' bad moods, and the big things that need to be solved, can take away my zest for life."

But if I take time for the pauses, throughout the day- a cup of tea on the porch listening to the birds, self-hypnosis or yoga stretch breaks, a hike in the mountains with my dog, or sitting quietly enjoying my cat on my lap, these things can powerfully shift my day toward lightness and joy.

Science shows that taking pauses like this creates perspective shifts that improve mood, reduce stress, and even boost problem-solving.

Studies on mindfulness, brief nature exposure, and slow, conscious breathing demonstrate reductions in cortisol (the stress hormone), improvements in heart rate variability, and increases in attention and working memory.

For example, research from the University of Illinois found that even a 5-minute nature walk improves focus and cognitive flexibility.

Taking a walk, stepping outside, listening to music, or just pausing for a deep breath helps your brain reset.

Hypnosis meditations and self-hypnosis breaks work in the same way. They train your mind to stay calm, focused, and flexible, rewiring how you respond to stress and challenges. With regular practice, you can release negative thought patterns, ease tension in your body, increase clarity and confidence, and bounce back from life’s curveballs with ease, grace, and even a sense of joy.

Our Story

For 10 years Sharon has guided an International clientele through individual coaching, workshops and recordings into better health and a more peaceful mind. Miracles and amazing transformations can unfold in a short period of time, where possibilities are limitless! In her own journey along the way, she has let go of: *social anxiety *depression *binge eating *allergies *asthma *migraine headaches *severe intestinal pain *menstrual issues *aches and pains that came and went *fear of flying *neck, shoulder, and facial stiffness and discomfort *lower back pain and a back that would "go out" *obsessive worry and judgment In the release came; way more fun, more energy, creativity and inspiration to follow her dreams, and commit to a healthier lifestyle. It led Sharon to learn to play the guitar, write and perform her children's stories, take up yoga, fire dance and build a successful business she is passionate about. Goals she thought for different reasons were impossible She has a passion for her work and thrives on creating new recordings, techniques, and exercises that open the door for clients in more effective and powerful ways.
