Spring is the season of renewal, growth, and fresh energy. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this time of year is connected to the Liver and Gallbladder meridians—the pathways in the body associated with detoxification, emotional balance, decision-making, and the smooth flow of energy.
Join me for a Spring Yin Yoga Series designed to gently stimulate and support these meridians through long-held, grounding postures to help release stagnation and improve flexibility, and renew your energy.

• Slow, meditative, mostly horizontal postures
• Deep stretches for hips, hamstrings, and side body
• Breath awareness and nervous system regulation
