I extend my heartfelt gratitude to first responders for their tireless effort to assist our community. Ongoing fire activity in LA areas may lead to health issues for many people due to exposure to poor air quality. Poor air quality, specifically, PM2.5, exacerbate the symptom in individuals with Multiple Chemical Symptoms.(MCS). Pollutants can increase the risk of heat attacks, strokes and low immune system.

Symptoms can include:
throat irritation, cough, eye irritation, tearing, nasal/sinus problems, shortness of breath, wheezing, headache, skin inflammation, and more.

Protection Tip:
Stay indoors with door and window closed
Use air cleaner /purifier indoor
If you are sensitive to poor air quality , wear N95 mask when you have to stay outside for extended period of time

REFLEXOLOGY HELPS:
I created this video clip during the COVID 19 pandemic and it may also help reduce minor symptoms before receiving specific medical treatment with respiratory/cardiovascular system. However, for persistent or severe symptoms, please seek medical care.
