A personal crisis coping plan is a written guide you create for yourself (or in collaboration with your treatment team) to follow when you’re going through an overwhelming or dangerous situation, such as a mental health crisis, intense stress, or urges to harm yourself.

It’s meant to be a practical, step-by-step tool that helps you stay safe, grounded, and connected until the crisis passes.

If you or a loved one is experiencing suicidal thoughts, please reach out to your treatment team, or if you would like to start services, please contact us at inquiries@ottp.org.

If it is an emergency, please call 911.

We see you. We are here to support.
