Nick is a lifelong Gardendale resident (Class of 2015, Go Rockets!) and holds degrees from both UAB and the University of Alabama. Fun fact he was in the Million Dollar Band while at Alabama! He looks forward to continuing to serve the Gardendale community and we love having him on our team!

Exercise is powerful medicine, especially during and after cancer treatment.

New research from the New England Journal of Medicine shows that cancer patients who followed a structured, personalized exercise program for three years saw a 37% improvement in survival rates and a 28% decrease in recurrence compared to those receiving standard care.

At TherapySouth, we believe exercise is an essential part of oncology care. Our physical therapists work with you to create an individualized plan to restore strength, function, and quality of life after cancer treatment.
