My name is Kassie, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years, 6 of which have been here in the State of Alabama. With a focus on active clients who want to reduce pain, speed up recovery, or even those who just want to relax, my technique is a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy. I believe that “every body” is different, which is why each session is intuitively designed to meet every individual client's needs and preferences. My goal is to help people feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally, through effective therapeutic bodywork and massage.

✨✨Well everyone, the time has come. After 5 years at FireFly, I will be retiring from massage at the end of the year. I will have very limited appointments available until then. Thanks everyone for believing in me and supporting my business! And if you happen to know any massage therapists who might be interested in taking over the room at the gym, have them call the gym! ✨✨
