It's my 4 year anniversary!
On October 29, 2021 I survived a cardiac arrest.
On November 3, 2021 was the day I came out of a medically induced coma.
The days in between these 2 events are profoundly sacred, mysterious, life altering,and incredibly fragile for me.
A period of death & rebirth.
A time my soul traveled.
A second sunrise , the space between heart beats.
The only thing I can remember is why I am here

When I reflect on my life from 5 years ago, 10 years , 20 years; EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED!!The one thing which has NOT changed is my commitment to a daily morning practice to keep my heart expanded in a hardened world.
❤️‍🩹💕❤️‍🩹
No matter what "storm" arrives,
I will always find a way to dance in the eye, in the center, in a place of non-attachment, compassion, loving-kindness & forgiveness for my self and others . It's a DAILY COMMITMENT to my inner landscape.
The tools I have cultivated have quite literally saved my life❤️‍🩹

I continue to work with children & adults 1:1 & small groups. We explore our breath, movement, meditations & energy clearing to decrease anxiety & depression.

My approach is light hearted, powerful & very practical!!

Ayurvedic Body treatments are SACRED & HOLY. They induce a relaxed state of awareness resulting in a dynamic psycho-somatic balance.
Throughout the different stages of my life, I sought out these treatments.
During my healing process in Colorado ❤️‍🩹 I divinely met who held me like a newborn baby, giving me ABHYANGA & SHIRODHARA:
The steady application of warm medicated oils to harmonize the nervous system's response to stress, exhaustion, anxiety, depression, all forms of trauma.
Not only did this promote deep healing, it opened up a portal to not only receive , but to SHARE this magic.
During my training, my heart & soul knew that one day I'd move back to the East Coast & share this BLISSFUL experience with as many humans as I can!!

Today, October 29,2023 is the 2 year anniversary of my Near Death Experience ❤️‍🩹

Surviving a cardiac arrest,being on life support in a medically induced coma & having my chest broken open to repair an infected valve, changes one's life forever.
There are MANY things I don't understand about this human existence.
I am perplexed, sad as f**k, angry, confused, and many other emotions.
HOWEVER,
I am VERY clear as to WHY I am here!
I CHOOSE LIFE ❤️
I CHOOSE HOPE 💙
I CHOOSE LIGHT ☀️
I absolutely believe in MIRACLES!!
I am beyond grateful & blessed to have support from every direction.
Thank you for being in my life for those still in my life, & for those i no longer i see i pray for you everyday🙏
