NY, NJ, FL. Sports massage combining Swedish, Mayofascial Trigger Point Therapy, deep tissue, Craniosacral and stretching on a fully clothed person. Specialty in equestrian athletes. I love helping athletes stay injury free and long-term pain sufferers move freely again. When not working, I enjoy riding horses and running with my Siberian Huskies.

Unable to think straight, the sporadic, disjointed structure of the film became my language of grief. The second experience was my opportunity to meet a 102-year-old retired ballet dancer named John. This film was my attempt to place his stories into an imaginary landscape of fading memory.

Uphilling—also called skinning or alpine touring—is climbing up a mountain with skis, skins, boots on your feet, and poles in your hands. Once at the top of your climb, a simple transition of your gear allows you to ski back down the route you ascended.
