The Winter Renewal Retreat at Big White Barn Yoga was a huge success! Beautiful collaboration of different healing modalities including movement, yoga, thai massage, reiki, sound, meditation, journaling and group therapy to talk about self-acceptance & being kinder to ourselves.

We came together for a day and slowed down, created connection and community, moved, relaxed, ate lunch, drank tea, and absorbed the wonderful combination of massage/reiki and sound healing. As the snow fell outside that day, we embraced life-giving practices for taking care of ourselves in the winter season.

Spring Renewal Retreat is in motion for Sunday, March 22nd, 2026 also at the Big White Barn in Readfield, ME. Registration link is coming soon!
