Hi everyone - my assistant, Kelly, and her mom Claire lost their home and everything they own in a devastating fire this past Friday at their apartment complex in Port Ewen. Thankfully (I can’t stress this enough) they weren’t home when it happened. Kelly’s partner, Liam, was there. He had to jump out a 2 story window. He’s recovering from sprains and severe burns on his hands.
They are now facing the enormous task of starting over from scratch. They are the most kind, generous, compassionate, loving people. They have always given so much. You’ve interacted with Kelly and her warmth and care if you’ve called here to set up an appointment or have received a confirmation call. So many of you have commented on how amazing she is.

It has been foreverrrrrr since I’ve posted anything. I want to let you all know that I’ve legally changed parts of my name. My name is now Amy Lux. This has been a meaningful part of my personal healing journey. I want to let you all know of this change so that you’ll recognize that it’s me. ❤️

Mugwort oil brewing in the warmth of the sun - I make a salve out of it to use during acupuncture treatments🌞🌿🌞
Mugwort brings deep penetrating nourishing warmth. It’s often burned on or above points and areas that need care. I can’t burn it in my treatment space, so I make a beautiful salve from it and put it on a point or area and top it with a warm stone or heat pack - sooo healing and comforting 💖💖💖
