I’m so appreciative for every review I get 🤍

But some just stop me in my tracks.

When you’re in the thick of running a business it can be easy to devalue and doubt yourself.

“Am I doing this right? Am I just yelling into the void? Is this business even worth it?”

And a review like this screams YES.

YES. This is worth it.
YES. There is value in what we’re doing here.
YES. This work matters.
YES. The “why” is coming through to my clients (who become more like family, which is the whole point)

Even if it’s just one family. One mother. It’s worth it every single time 🤎

If you’re in the thick of running a business and feel like your wheels are spinning but you’re getting nowhere: keep going.

The message and the meaning WILL land if you put you’re putting your authentic self into it.

What a beautiful start to the end of 2025. Another year of the privilege of doing my passion work.🤍

Whenever I read an article about a new trend diet, hot new supplement, or food that has been officially deemed “poison” by wellness influencers I always think: “man, we have really lost the plot” 😂

Postpartum nutrition is extremely important and impactful to our long term health as women, so we also can’t chalk it up to “no big deal”. But I do think there’s a nice balance where we can simultaneously support our postpartum nutrition goals while not over stressing about it.

Giving you some really big picture goals to focus on here because I think we often get lost in a sea of nuanced recommendations, things we “NEED” to buy, or diets we must subscribe to to be at peak health.

Real life nutrition advice really isn’t all that glamorous, and it doesn’t come with a fast fix or a simple pill.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the thought of it, let me break it down for you in a really easy to digest way (pun intended). Honestly, it’s really boring. And you don’t have to be made of money to achieve it. It’s all about:

- eating a well balanced diet with a variety of fruit, vegetables, and protein sources 🥑🥝 If you’re eating a well rounded diet made up of mostly Whole Foods- you’re probably eating some great options to help regulate, restore, repair, and replenish

- allowing yourself to fully recover, and then moving in a way that feels intentional and good for your body 🧘‍♀️

- practice good sleep hygiene and get good rest whenever possible with a new baby 😴

- find things that bring you comfort, joy, and reduce your cortisol levels and lean in to them 🎶

- supplement if and when necessary. Not blindly because someone on the internet told you to, but to support your diet and where you think YOU could use the most support 💊

Using a little bit of intention while making your plate goes a long way! The goal isn’t perfection because perfection doesn’t exist 🤍

When we think of overnight newborn care, the most obvious thing that comes to mind is “I might need it if I feel tired!”. And yes! That’s super true. But there are other reasons why you might consider overnight newborn care!

Check out the post above to learn about some more factors you may want to consider when you think about what support you’ll need for your family as your new baby arrives! ❤️

I am so excited to offer overnight care to families in Central Massachusetts. I am currently booking 2026 families (as 2025 is fully booked!).

If you’re interested in learning more, comment REST and I’ll send you the details, pricing, and information on overnight care.

If you’re kicking yourself for not booking a 2025 spot, don’t fret! Comment WAITLIST and I’ll send you details about adding your name to the waitlist for upcoming bookings.

Spaces periodically become available (lots of unknowns happen in postpartum 🤍) and I’ll be sure to reach out if a 2025 spot could become yours!

The holidays are SO magical with children but can also be extremely stressful.

We here at .nurture.postpartum and wanted to help lighten the load for our community families this year, and have decided to create our very first community giving tree!

If your family could use a little extra support with gifts for your children this year, first of all- no shame at all. Secondly, we would LOVE to help. Please use the google form (linked in my bio as well as linked below in the comments) to sign up.

Please note that filling out the application does not guarantee gifts will be received. We are going to do our VERY best to ensure everyone gets gifts, but we are relying on community donations! We appreciate your understanding ❤️

The deadline to sign up for support is November 15th, so get those applications in!

And to our community members who want to help, details on how to support a family for the holidays this year are coming soon, so stay tuned!

Meet Luna 🌝 the newest offering here at MNP & something many years in the making

The Luna service offers professional overnight support (from yours truly! 👋🏼) so you can get the rest you need and deserve to heal and recover!

While you sleep, I tend to your little one’s overnight needs- including feeding, diapering, soothing and rocking back to sleep. This helps you maximize your sleep by cutting some time out of your overnight routine! You can rest easy knowing your baby is safe & secure 🍼

This is a breastfeeding friendly service 🤱🏻, which means if you are at breast feeding I will bring baby to you to feed and then take them back to finish the rest of the routine- keeping your supply and baby happy!

This service is very important to me for a variety of reasons. As a first time mom, I could not take my eyes off my baby. The nights felt stressful because I wanted to watch her sleep, and I would keep myself up (usually unnecessarily) keeping my eyes on her. If you can relate to that, I understand ❤️

Also as someone who has worked with many newborn families, I have seen the dramatic mental decline in people who are lacking sleep. It is absolutely real. Sleep deprivation is extremely dangerous. 💤

With the lack of maternity leave laws in the US and many families needing two incomes to survive, overnight support has never been more important. Would you want your surgeon coming in to operate on you, with only 45 minute intervals of sleep the night before? 😅. Yeah, overnight support is that important!

It’s been a long time coming for this service. I remember when I started MNP 3 years ago I said, “the goal is overnight support!”, but it just never worked with my own family.

Now is the time and I can’t wait to offer it to you! This service will be rolled out in December in very limited quantities (grab the December spots now!!). Available in 6 and 8 hour overnight support options to give you exactly what your family needs ❤️

Comment LUNA and I’ll send you the details, or let me know how overnight support could have, is, or did help your family! 🌕

Service Spotlight : Harvest Meal Prep 🔦 keep reading to learn more!

What is this service?: Harvest meal prep is an a la carte service offered here at Mother Nurture Postpartum. Together, we come up with a nutrient dense menu for your family (consistently of breakfast, lunch, dinners, and snacks), you grab the groceries (or I pick them up for you using store pickup!), and I come to your home to prepare, package, and clean up! Leaving you with a fridge / freezer full of food and a kitchen that looks like no one was there 🙂.

Who is this service for?: The beauty of this service is that this is great for any one at any stage and season! Are you pregnant & want the task of postpartum meals off the checklist? This is for you. Are you postpartum and the meals from family and friends are coming less and less? This service is for you. Are you a busy mom who finds getting dinner on the table after a long day of work and school impossible? This service is for you!

What makes this service special?: As a perinatal nutrition expert, I have the education and experience to help make curated menus that work best for your unique nutritional needs and have experience with dietary restrictions and allergies. I have been providing this service privately for families for 5+ years now and come with many references and recommendations!

When can I book this service? I am currently fully booked until December 2025 so if you’d like to take advantage of this service this year, reach out ASAP to book!

How does booking this service work? Booking the service is a one time deal! You pay a set fee for a set menu and the service is provided in one day (4 hours or less!). You are welcome to book multiple dates if you’d like more than one session!

How far do you travel?: I travel within 30 minutes of Gardner MA, servicing much of Central Massachusetts

What is your favorite thing to cook?: I love to cook with seasonal, local ingredients - so anything showcasing or highlighting something that speaks to our current season is my favorite! 🍂🎃

Don’t let those precious ounces go to waste! If your baby doesn’t finish a bottle, or you leave a little bit of milk out...

Don’t let those precious ounces go to waste! If your baby doesn’t finish a bottle, or you leave a little bit of milk out for too long , breastmilk soap is a great way to use up your ‘not for consumption’ liquid gold in a meaningful way! Many moms report great results of using their breastmilk on their baby’s sensitive skin. This is a quick & easy DIY recipe just for you 🤍

Comment SOAP and I’ll send you the link to all the items you’ll need to make it

Here’s how to do it! Supplies: 🫧

- choose 1 of the soap bases from above (you only need one I just put a few options for different skin needs and what works best for you- I’ve used all of the ones pictured and they are good quality)

- breastmilk (about 1 cup per 1 lb of soap base)

- soap molds (choose 1 out of link above)

Optional:

- pure grade essential lavender oil if you want scent (highly suggest going to for all your oil needs!)

- colloidal oatmeal

- dried flowers

Directions:

On the stove on LOW heat melt 1lb of soap base in a stainless steel pot - it may take a while for it to become fully melted. Once base is completely melted, add 1 cup of breastmilk and stir. Remove quickly from heat and pour into soap molds. Let them harden (overnight ideally) in a dry, cool place. Store in an airtight container. Soap will break down quickly (due to no lye used) so prepare to use quickly once you remove from container and use for tubs

Make sure you save this post so you don’t lose the recipe! Comment SOAP and I’ll send the link to all the products you’ll need to make it 🧼
