We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support. Because of you, our practice continues to grow, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Your confidence in our team has allowed us to expand and evolve, and we deeply appreciate being part of your care journey.
As our practice becomes busier, we want to share a few important updates and guidelines to help ensure timely and effective communication moving forward.
Best Ways to Contact Our Office
To streamline communication and better support our growing client base, we ask that all inquiries be directed to:

Response Timeframes
Currently, we do not have a full-time administrative staff member available to answer calls or respond immediately. However, we are actively planning to hire additional support as the practice continues to grow and administrative needs increase.
Please allow 48–72 business hours for a response to emails, voicemails, and text messages. Messages will be returned during open office hours, and our team will respond as quickly as possible. Our current open office hours are Tuesday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm, and most Saturdays 10am – 4pm, excluding major holidays.
Prescription Refill Requests
To avoid interruptions in your care, prescription refill requests must be made at least one week in advance of when the medication is needed. Refill requests should be sent via email and text to the above office phone number and will be addressed as soon as possible during office hours. Requests made with less notice may increase the risk of running out of medication.
Text Messaging
While text messaging is available, please note that responses may be delayed and may take up to 72 business hours. Text messages are monitored but are not intended for urgent matters.
Emergencies
If you require immediate assistance or are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room. Our office is not equipped to manage emergency situations.
