Norman J. LeBlanc, 86, of Gardner, died peacefully Monday, May 18, 2026, in his home surrounded by his family, after a period of declining health. Born in Bouctouche , New Brunswick, Canada, on August 30, 1939, he was the son of the late Fidele and Rita (Richard) LeBlanc. Norman's early years were deeply rooted in his rich French-Canadian heritage. He attended school in Bouctouche until the age of twelve and graduated high school in Hamilton, Ontario.
