Parents-Keep an eye out! CHC's Caring for Kids Mobile School-based Dental Program registration packets are coming home from your child's school. (Blue forms, see listing below for contracted school districts.)

Our school based dental program makes it easy for your child to get the care they need, right at school! Services include; Dental Exams, Teeth Cleanings & Fluoride Treatments, X-rays & Sealants, SMART restoration, SDF (Silver Diamine Fluoride) and dental education. There is no cost to families. Every school age child is eligible to participate, regardless of dental insurance status or ability to pay. (If your child does have insurance, it will be billed).
