A wonderful opportunity for those who love yoga and want to deepen their practice. Give yourself the gift of yoga and self-care.

Please feel free to spread the word. This will be our fourth class for new teachers. The journey is always amazing!! Loving the diversity of students and all the reasons people choose to come to yoga teacher training!! We’ve been surprised!! It’s more often than not to become a yoga teacher!!
This next year, Jennifer will be joining Janet and myself!! Looking forward to this adventure together.

Announcing the opening of the Treehouse Studio studio in Athol, MA. Since I was forced to shut down the Yoga Tree due to COVID, my husband and I have been working feverishly to get this up and running. We've had many set backs but grateful that the time has come and we are ready. If you are a prior student of mine or looking for more yoga in your life, I invite you to join me JenZen Living Ayurveda & Yoga as this may be the last time I post on this page. Thank you all for your support over the past year and we look forward to seeing you soon! Namaste, Jennifer Peck

It is with great pleasure to announce the new Treehouse Studio will be opening in July 2021. It’s been a long time coming and we are so excited! We will be offering a wide range of yoga classes, workshops and outside events during the warmer months. Visit our Services & Class page to learn more of...

Hello beautiful Yogis, a few weeks back I mentioned the Yoga Warrior contest that I had entered. Today is the last day of a critical round where I must come in first to advance to the quarter-finals. If you have a moment, would you cast a free vote and consider a small donation? Every dollar brings 2 votes today and proceeds goes to the Veteran's Yoga Project, offering scholarships to Veteran's to practice yoga. Thank you for any help you can offer. Namaste https://iamyogawarrior.com/2021/jennifer-peck

Winners are not those who never fail, but those who never quit!

We are winners! We are down to the final 12 hours of this round for the Yoga Warrior contest. I woke up this morning in first and we are now back at second, so it's a really close race to the top! Today is another 2 for 1 day! For every dollar donated 2 votes are awarded. And of course the free voting is available for the next 12 hours. https://iamyogawarrior.com/2021/jennifer-peck

As I sink into Humble Warrior, the first words that came to mind is “be humble and kind.” A song beautifully performed my Tim McGraw. Humble and Kind can be seen in yoga as Isvara Pranidhana and Ahimsa.

Ahimsa is the foundation of all yoga, both on and off the mat. It means non-violence, non-harming through our thoughts, actions, and words both towards others and ourselves. Isavara Pranidhana means to surrender or humility. These are two of the 10 ethical practices of yoga; Ahimsa being the first and Isvara Pranidhana the last one. When we reach surrender or humility, it is a reminder that we have embraced the nine previous principles but didn’t accomplish this by ourselves.

It is my Dharma, life purpose, to bring yoga to our community and the world. And with a little help from my friends, I humbly ask you each to cast your votes daily to help me become the next Yoga Warrior by bringing $6,000 to the community in Yoga and Ayurveda scholarships. It takes only 2 seconds of your day: https://iamyogawarrior.com/2021/jennifer-peck. ~NAMASTE~ Jennifer

I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I was forced to shut down the Yoga Tree due to COVID. So many things have transpired over the last year, many challenges but many wonderful things as well. It has given me much time to contemplate on how I will continue to bring yoga to our community, as COVID has changed the industry. I’m sorry to say that the Yoga Tree will not be reopening as it was and in the capacity that it existed. Yet, we have so many amazing teachers that taught at the Yoga Tree and beyond who continue to bring the gift of yoga into the community in various ways. For me, I have moved to a more intimate way of bringing yoga to people through individual instruction and small groups that will take place at my home studio starting in May. This will allow me to focus more on your individual needs through Ayurveda and Yoga. Currently, I am studying to be a Yoga Therapist so I am able to address current health conditions of my students through the practice of yoga.

So I have entered a contest to help to bring this all into fruition as well as support local teachers and you! By winning this contest, I will make available $6,000 in scholarships to local teachers to offer yoga and Ayurveda to you or someone who may not be able to afford.

A vote for me as the next Yoga Warrior is a vote for local teachers and a vote for you. You can see details by clicking on the link I’ve shared in the post from my Jen Zen Living Ayurveda and Yoga page. To stay up to date with the exciting things to come, please follow me on my page.

So many exciting things are blooming this Spring! I will be sharing many of these things with you in the following days and weeks, but for starters, I have entered a contest to become the next Yoga Warrior and looking for your help! Prize includes a 2-page write up in the Yoga Journal and $10,000. This will give me the opportunity to share my inspiring life and yoga story with the world!

But more importantly, it will bring $6,000 to local teachers to offer scholarships to you or those who can't afford Yoga and Ayurveda. Visit my contest profile to read more details and to vote! https://iamyogawarrior.com/2021/jennifer-peck

Voting takes place now through March 18th. You can vote every 24 hours! Will you help me to become the next Yoga Warrior? A vote for me is a vote for local teachers and for you.

Our Mission

To provide a beautiful, calming and safe atmosphere that encourages and inspires students to roll out their mats and find the peace within themselves. At The Yoga Tree, we demonstrate the principles of the eight limbs of yoga through a combination of Asana (physical postures), meditation, and yogic philosophy; to encourage your exploration of yoga through alignment and breath. Let our experienced and dedicated teachers guide you along your journey of finding your yoga and finding yourself.
