Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? We are seeking a Health Care Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and provide exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Handle billing and insurance claims
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Assist with marketing and social media

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems
Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred but will train right person
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
