Lets Look into our Family Practice Clinic today and check out what was one of our focus today.

45 yo female want to loose weight, she do have regular me**es, up until 3 months ago she noticed her me**es was irregular for 1 month, and now her sleep pattern is off.

She did experience a hot flash 3 nights ago but she was unsure if she was approaching menopause or in perimenopause. She also has gained 15lbs in the last 4 months and her $ex drive has been out of control lately.

As her provider and an approved CLIA laboratory. I performed a rapid FSH test.

What will happen? I will design a group home. I gut out all my homes and redesign for my individuals to have a lavish living. (I love to see their faces when they walk in and see how beautiful my homes are, and no it's not a typical group home)

Having a group home can bring me in $1600 to $22k per bed depending on which type of home i plan to create

You know i dont pay...I shoot for the top so I am geared to make $22k per month per room

It's a 3br 1.5 bath

Therefore why not own one right?

Why would I buy and flip on this home to only make $20k to $30k once?
