Thank you for the opportunity to provide professional and personal development on “Compassion Fatigue for Educators” at Intergenerational Schools!

Teachers are often so dedicated and busy with their work. It becomes difficult for them to have space to tend to themselves. Supporting staff, professionally, often requires organizations to address systemic gaps by intentionally having them focus on their emotional needs. Sometimes we need to take a moment to check in. It can actually make a difference.

The dialogue we shared was genuine and much needed. We discussed the burnout, stress and “the cost of caring.” I appreciate being able to facilitate with such a great group.
