Turns out the best yoga partner
doesn’t correct your form…
they just stay close to your heart.❤️

Healing sometimes looks like quiet moments, deep breaths…
and a dog who refuses to leave you alone, refuses to leave the mat.

Even on the days I skip yoga for good reasons like neck pain
Pepsi still shows up and plays on the mat like it’s part of our routine.

Dogs learn routines and habits better than humans sometimes…
maybe because they truly know how to listen.
Not with words… but with loyalty. 🐾

And honestly… that might be the best kind of yoga partner.

Some days balance looks like yoga and deep breaths.Some days balance looks like choosing water first, showing up anyway, and protecting your peace.

I didn’t find balance by accident…I built it through healing, growth, and choosing me over and over again.
