✨Job Title: Medical/Wellness front desk receptionist

Duties:
✨Greeting patients: Welcoming patients in person or on the phone with a warm personality.
✨Scheduling appointments: Scheduling appointments for patients, follow up visits, massage therapy and physical therapy.
✨Answering questions: Answering routine questions and referring patients to the appropriate party
✨Maintaining records: Maintaining patient records and accounts, and verifying medical insurance information via online and on the phone
✨Collecting patient information: Collecting patient information and providing it to relevant medical staff, scanning and updating patient medical record
✨Tracking availability: Tracking patient availability and preparing patients for their appointments
✨Notifying providers: Notifying provider when a patient has arrived or is waiting, assisting provider with basic medical assistant duties.
✨Ensuring proper documentation: Ensuring that each patient has the proper documentation at the time of their visit and sign-in sheets
✨Handling correspondence: Handling correspondence and file transfers
✨Maintaining the reception area: Ensuring the reception area, parking lot, clinic, and common areas are tidy and organized

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Riger Igielski. I am a licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, 200 hour Yoga Teacher.
The technical use is neuromuscular and trigger point therapy,with an integration of all modalities! I believe you should leave my table feeling better in all aspect of your body, mind, and spirit.
My goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of alternative wellness!
My passion is to help heal people from inside and out. I believe self-care is a MUST in today’s busy world.
Regular bodywork,movement, and energy work are the key to living up to your fullest potential. Bodywork can be beneficial to everyone when applied in the correct manner by a caring, knowledgeable therapist.
We now have a massage therapist available on Monday and Friday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm
