Today was the last day of our 16-week program for our Group Life Balance Class, in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Health and Wellness Center at Juanita Craft Center. This structured program was designed to help our Spanish speaking patients improve their overall health and create a healthy balance.

Patients learned and mastered the importance of being physically active and creating healthy habits can help reduce the risk of developing diabetes and heart disease. 🫀🚶‍♀️💉🥦
