If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and feel unsure on what to do now, here's a simple guideline we have put together to help you recover as soon as possible.

1. Stay at home and isolate yourself as much as possible. Avoid gatherings, public transportation, and going out (even if you have no symptoms)

2. Get enough rest and drink plenty of liquids. Making sure you're hydrated will speed up the recovery process.

3. Stay in touch with your doctor and monitor your symptoms. Do not hesitate on contacting your healthcare provider if your symptoms get worse, and/or for any concerns regarding your treatment. Take advantage of phone and video call services.

4. Clean and disinfect all daily use personal items and often touched surfaces in your home. This will prevent the virus from temporarily stationing in your house and potentially spreading.
