Therapy Thursday shines brightly this Halloween, spreading inspiration and gratitude. The pumpkin craft, highlighting our thankful hearts, was pure bliss. Heartfelt thanks to our phenomenal therapy team for always going above and beyond.

Moment of Truth Monday:

In the short time that Jessica Whitefield has been with us at Pleasant Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation, she has shown the true spirit of C.A.P.L.I.C.O. Her journey from Assistant Busine Office Manager (BOM) to our official BOM with an assistant is a testament to her hard work and unwavering passion for her role.
Her tireless efforts to assist families in qualifying for placement, coupled with her innovative spirit in planning staff and resident activities, showcase her exceptional leadership and teamwork. Her positive energy and willingness to take on any challenge are contagious and have significantly contributed to our facility's success and continued growth.
Jessica is also the first to make sure everyone is celebrated for special occasions and assist with staffing events. She even manned the grill for our July 4th cook out! Our HR Director's mother was resident at Pleasant Valley and passed away a few months of Jessica being hired. Jessica jumped into action as if her own family member had passed. She set up a food train and went by to visit the family on her own time, bringing her own mother along to offer he support.
Thank you, Jessica, for all you do for our residents, and entire Pleasant Valley community.
