Taught the Kriya to Conquer Inner Anger & Burn it Out this morning. One of the exercises uses Sh*tali Breath, sometimes celled the air condition breath. Sh*tali breath (or Sheetali Pranayama) is a yogic breathing technique for cooling the body and calming the mind, done by inhaling slowly through a rolled tongue (like a straw) or through the teeth, feeling the cool air, and exhaling gently through the nose, which helps reduce internal heat, stress, and fatigue.
