Taught the Kriya for Hemisphere Adjustment and Subconscious Memory Elimination in class this morning. The brain has two hemispheres, the left and the right. These two sides must coordinate their activities at the same time to supplement and complement each other. There is another area, called the memory area, that must also coordinate with the two hemispheres of the brain. When this coordination is lacking, the person will be angry, frustrated, and self-destructive. This is an active and dynamic set intended to coordinate the efforts and activities of the left and right brain.

Good eating habits for Vata Dosha
Vata dosha is balanced by regularity in routine. Eat three nourishing meals a day, and eat them around the same times each day. Don't skip meals, especially breakfast. Eat lunch, the heaviest meal of the day, close to noon. Eat a lighter meal, such as mung bean soup, for dinner. Your last meal of the day should be done at least three hours before you go to bed. If you snack in-between meals, eat nuts and raisins soaked in water (dried fruits aggravate Vata) or stewed fruit for a healthy dose of energy. Most nuts are Vata-pacifying

monthly special is perfect for this time of the year! Excessive Vata is created by stressful situations, wind, irregular routines, late nights or travel. Skipping meals, fasting, inconsistent sleep schedules, constant mental pressure, and lack of routine.

Common signs of vata imbalance include:
Anxiety, worry, or fear
Insomnia or light sleep
Constipation, bloating, or gas
Low appetite
Dry skin and joints
Fatigue or nervous exhaustion.
