***** Respite Services *****
Need a break??? Respite services are offered either in or out of the consumer’s home to temporarily relieve the family members or the other primary caregivers of their responsibilities for providing care to the consumer.
***** Community Support *****
This is an exceptionally benefical service, it provides home-based assistance, training and support necessary for the individual to complete independent living skills; participation in community activities and improve community living skills. Transportation to and from day habilitation, vocational, and community activities. It also provides crisis intervention, medical monitoring and medical equipment and supplies.
