Let’s talk about something I see all the time in the treatment room…
A client comes in with neck pain, low back tension, or tight shoulders and says,
“Can you just work right here?”
And sometimes, yes—I can.
But more often? That painful spot is just the final stop in a much bigger story your body is telling.
Think about it:
• Long hours at a desk
• Shallow or stressed breathing
• Limited hip mobility
• Daily stress piling up on your nervous system
All of that builds… and eventually shows up as pain in one specific area.
If we only chase the sore spot, relief might feel good—but it usually doesn’t last .
When we take a step back and address the full pattern?
That’s when real, lasting change starts to happen.
Because pain is rarely just about where it hurts—it’s about why it showed up in the first place.
I’m curious—what area in your body gets tight or painful the most?
Neck? Shoulders? Low back? Something else? Drop it in the comments 👇🏽
