The dining room was full of smiles as we served up a masterpiece menu:

The Main Event: Honey BBQ Glazed Wrapped Pork Roulette (stuffed with fresh spinach, melted cheese, and crisp peppers) 🍖

The Comfort: Creamy, cheesy Mac N Cheese 🧀

The Greens: Steamed Broccoli with sautéed peppers 🥦

The Grand Finale: Decadent Cookies N Cream Pie! 🥧🍪

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving celebrating with our residents. There is nothing quite like a home-cooked meal to bring everyone together. From the turkey and yams to the collard greens and mac n' cheese (and don't forget the pumpkin pie!), we made sure this holiday was filled with comfort and joy.
