Phase 1: The Neutral Reset (May 4 – June 8) No class May 18 & 25 We focus on finding your "Not Too" Baseline. These first four weeks are restorative, teaching your body to un-learn compensatory habits and find a state of physical quiet.

Phase 2: The Supple Strength (June 15 – July 6) Once your foundation is neutral, we build. We shift the focus to suppleness and functional power, teaching your muscles to be elastic and reactive so they support you automatically.
