Who's coming to the meditation night at tonight? I'm so excited to kick off this monthly event!

Join us each month for a night of relaxation and peace. This group meditation will allow you to journey inward and help you better understand yourself, while releasing anxiety, fear, stress, doubts, worries, etc.

It's a fun night for everyone - women, men and young adults. All sessions will be different and may include sound healing, energy healing, crystal healing, intention setting, releasing rituals and aromatherapy.

Come early or stay after for a float, massage, or reiki session to enhance your meditation.
