Who's coming to the meditation night at tonight? I'm so excited to kick off this monthly event!

Join us each month for a night of relaxation and peace. This group meditation will allow you to journey inward and help you better understand yourself, while releasing anxiety, fear, stress, doubts, worries, etc.

It's a fun night for everyone - women, men and young adults. All sessions will be different and may include sound healing, energy healing, crystal healing, intention setting, releasing rituals and aromatherapy.

Come early or stay after for a float, massage, or reiki session to enhance your meditation.

My friend shared this story...can you relate?
Imagine this: You’re shivering in that flimsy paper gown at your doctor’s office excited to FINALLY get to the root of all these crazy symptoms…Muffin top spilling over jeans, energy crashes, raging cravings for sugar/salt, that tired but wired feeling that requires 2-3 cups of coffee to simply "wake up."
