For a long time, I didn’t know how to truly care for myself. I pushed through, stayed strong for everyone else, and ignored what I needed. Becoming a therapist taught me something life-changing: healing begins when we nourish ourselves with purpose.
Water yourself with:

✨ kind words (especially toward yourself)
✨ empathy, hope, and acceptance
✨ people who pour love back into you
