e directed toward helping individuals as well as families deal with depression, stress, anxiety, grief and many other issues that impact the quality of life. DRC is innovative utilizing many traditional methods of counseling including cognitive behavioral therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and behavioral modification to name a few. In addition, we use a form of music therapy called "Hip-Hop Therapy" which has been highly successful with inner city residents, young adults and clients who have an appreciation for music.
