Bryan-Lee Funeral Home began in 1976 with a group of interested Garner residents. Twenty-two residents, including Steve Bryan and Alex Lee, put together a corporation which was eventually named Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Inc. Bryan-Lee opened on January 29, 1977 and began serving families within 24 hours. Bryan's shares of the business. Bryan-Lee Funeral Home is now solely owned by Mary and Alex Lee. Bryan-Lee operates with a staff of eight full time employees and all other employees work on a part-time basis. In addition to being a complete funeral establishment, Bryan-Lee sets its own prices, opens and closes its own graves, and has its own monument operation. Bryan-Lee is also proud to be the only family owned and operated funeral home in the Raleigh, Garner, and Angier area. Bryan-Lee is a member of the North Carolina Funeral Directors Association, The National Funeral Directors Association, The Order of the Golden Rule and the Selected Independent Funeral Homes. Bryan-Lee is one of only seven homes in North Carolina to hold membership in both the Order of Golden Rule and Selected Independent Funeral Homes.

Jeffrey Clint Teasley, age 48, of Fuquay-Varina, NC died on Friday, September 5, 2025 in WakeMed-Raleigh. He was born on April 16, 1977 in Johnston County, NC, to Jerry Teasley and the late Wilma Jean Johnson Teasley.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife Idalia Grajales Teasley; his step-daughter, Martha Paola Grajales Infante; his step-grandson, Isaac Matias Grajales Infante; and his brother, Mark Wayne Teasley.
