A new café in Glen Mills aims to change lives one cup at a time.

Ryan's Rise Up Cafe at Concordville Town Center was created by Concord Township father Jim Vail to give people with disabilities the chance to work, build skills, and be part of the community.

The café plans to hire employees with Down syndrome, autism, and other disabilities as it grows.
