This week, we have the incredible honor of announcing our Employee of the Year, chosen by the people who know our team best—our residents, their families, and each other.
With immense gratitude and pride, we are honored to announce:
💙 Our 2026 Employee of the Year is LPN Aislynn Bellinger. 💙
Since joining Parkview Heights in May of 2024, it was immediately clear that this individual truly belonged here. She is deeply loved by our residents, trusted by families, and respected by her coworkers. She doesn’t just provide care—she gives her time, her heart, and herself, without ever being asked.
She sits with families during their hardest goodbyes. She stays with residents who need comfort, reassurance, or simply someone to be there. Her compassion goes far beyond the job description.
One story captures her spirit perfectly. A resident lost his son suddenly, and she refused to leave him alone. She stayed well beyond her shift, later sharing, “Seeing the tears running down that big old Marine’s face broke my heart, and I couldn’t leave him.” She remained until family arrived—and even after the resident returned home, she made special trips to ensure his medications and treatments continued and that he had everything he needed.
That is compassion.
That is dedication.
That is the kind of care that cannot be taught.
She is selfless, dependable, and an extraordinary nurse—but more importantly, an extraordinary human being. She exemplifies the very heart of Parkview Heights and the highest standards of Recover-Care Heartland.
